Yalova University Rectorate and its affiliated units will recruit ‘Permanent Workers’ through the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) under Article 4/D of the State Civil Servants Law No. 657 and the Labour Law No. 4857, with an announcement to be published on 25 December 2025.

The announcement regarding permanent worker positions will be published on the İŞKUR website. Candidates who meet the application requirements may apply online via the İŞKUR website or in person at the Yalova Provincial Directorate of the Turkish Employment Agency within five days of the announcement date.
