İŞKUR YOUTH PROGRAMME APPLICATION RESULTS
The winners of the İŞKUR Youth Programme between the Yalova Employment and Labour Office and our University were determined by a draw conducted in the presence of a notary public.
The main successful candidates must apply in person by 16:00 on Monday, 3 October 2025 at the latest, with the documents listed below, to the Health, Culture and Sports Directorate in the Rectorate Building for the Central Campus unit, and to the relevant Vocational School where the application was made for other units.

✓ Traced Residence and Other Address Certificate
✓ Certificate of ID Register Copy (Copy of Civil Registration - Family Population)
✓ Pay slip/Social Security Institution (SGK) service record for both the applicant and those residing in the household. (Those staying in KYK dormitories and who have registered their residence at the KYK dormitory before 13 October 2025 are exempt from this document but must provide proof of residence in the dormitory. Those residing with their families, those residing in KYK dormitories with their residence registered as home, and those residing in private dormitories/houses/etc. must submit the pay slips, income tax returns, other income-indicating documents, etc. of the family members listed in the certified copy of the population register for the last month.

✓ Document stating that there is no health condition preventing employment (document obtained from a family doctor or state hospital)
✓ Student Certificate (to be obtained via e-Government)
✓ İŞKUR Youth Programme Participant Commitment Form (to be submitted by the institution)
✓ Bank Account Information (Only account information opened in the applicant's name at Vakıflar Bank)
NOTE: To avoid congestion at the bank and to provide student relief, applicants who do not have a Vakıflar Bank account are kindly requested to apply to the bank on the days indicated in the attached table for the opening of an account. The list will be shared with the bank, and it is important to adhere to the order in the list. (Excluding online transactions.)
Applications from candidates who do not meet the following conditions, in addition to the documents listed above, will not be accepted for the programme.
a) Being a citizen of the Republic of Turkey: This means having a bond of citizenship with the Republic of Turkey at the time of application and throughout the duration of the programme. The requirement of Turkish citizenship does not apply to those covered by the provisions of the Law No. 2527 dated 25/9/1981 on the Free Practice of Professions and Arts by Foreigners of Turkish Descent in Turkey and their Employment in Public, Private Institutions or Workplaces.
b) Being registered with the Institution: This means that the person must be registered with the Institution on the date of application to the programme.
c) Being at least 18 years of age: This means that the person must have reached and fully completed the age of 18 on the date of application to the programme.
ç) Not receiving old age or disability pension: This means that the individual has not been granted an old age, disability or duty disability pension under social security laws due to their own insurance status, as determined by a query made through the SGK system. However, those receiving permanent incapacity benefits under the first paragraph of Article 19 of Law No. 5510 and those receiving death pensions may apply for and participate in the programme.
d) Not being an employee of the contractor or its affiliated, related, associated, or subsidiary organisations from one year prior to the programme application date until the actual start date of the programme: This means not being an employee of the contractor or its affiliated, related, associated, or subsidiary organisations during the period from one year prior to the date the Application Form is completed until the actual start date of the programme.
e) Not having been reported as insured under Article 4 of Law No. 5510 or not being considered insured during the last month prior to the application date: This means that the person is not insured during the last month prior to the application date, as determined by a query made through the SGK system or by document checks. If the applicant is selected as a participant in the programme, they must also meet this condition on the programme start date.
f) Not being reported as insured under Article 5 of Law No. 5510 or not being considered insured as of the application date: This means that the person is not considered insured under the aforementioned article only on the date of application. If the applicant is selected to participate in the programme, they must meet this condition on the programme start date and throughout the programme duration.
g) Meeting the household income requirement: The total monthly income earned by persons residing at the same address according to the AKS (Address Registration System) on the date of application, from gainful employment in the period closest to the programme start date, must not exceed three (3) times the net amount of the monthly minimum wage determined by the minimum wage determination commission (66,314.01 TL). The household income requirement does not apply to those whose place of residence is a dormitory, shelter, or similar collective living space, or to those whose identity information is concealed under the Law on the Protection of the Family and Prevention of Violence Against Women dated 8/03/2012 and numbered 6284.
h) Not being a beneficiary of active labour force or unemployment insurance programmes offered by the Institution: Those who benefit from active or unemployment insurance programmes offered by the Institution cannot apply for the programmes or participate in them. If it is determined that a participant in the programme is a beneficiary of active labour force or unemployment insurance programmes offered by the Institution, they will be removed from the programme without excuse.
