The Rector of our university, Prof. Mehmet Bahçekapılı, visited the International Balkan University (IBU) and held official talks aimed at strengthening academic cooperation between the two universities.
The meetings, hosted by IBU Rector Prof. Lütfi Sunar, were also attended by our Vice-Rector Prof. Senay Yürür Karslıoğlu and IBU Vice-Rector Dr Ahmet Lökçe.
A Memorandum of Understanding covering education, research and cultural exchange was signed during the meetings.
The protocol aims to increase student and staff mobility, develop joint academic programmes and research projects, and strengthen cooperation in scientific and academic activities.
