Our university came together with our academic and administrative staff in a special event organized within the scope of March 8 International Women's Day. In the meeting held with the participation of our Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Bahçekapılı, the contributions of women to the academic and administrative structure of our university were emphasized.
In his speech, our Rector drew attention to the valuable contributions of our female employees in the fields of science, education and management and appreciated their critical role in the development of our university. In the event, which took place in a sincere atmosphere, he congratulated all our female staff on March 8, International Women's Day.
As part of this meaningful day, special brooches carefully prepared by the Alternative Production Women's Initiative and Production Cooperative were presented to our female employees. Our Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Bahçekapılı thanked the cooperative for this valuable work supporting women's labor and once again emphasized the importance of women's entrepreneurship and production.
As a university, we will continue to support the success of our female employees and contribute to projects that strengthen women's labor. We once again congratulate all our female employees on March 8, International Women's Day and wish them a year full of health, happiness and success.
