Under the patronage of our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, as part of the ‘Breathing for the Future – Green Homeland Campaign,’ a tree planting event was held at our university's main campus on 11 November, National Tree Planting Day.
The event was attended by our Governor Dr. Hülya Kaya, our Rector Prof. Mehmet Bahçekapılı, the provincial protocol, our academic and administrative staff, and our students.
Following the opening speeches, saplings were planted on the campus grounds, and our young saplings, which will breathe life into nature, were brought together with the soil.
As Yalova University, we will continue to protect nature, create sustainable environmental awareness, and breathe life into our tomorrows.
