Our Rector, Prof. Mehmet Bahçekapılı, our Vice-Rector, Prof. Cahit Külekçi, the Provincial Mufti of Yalova, Yılmaz İlyastürk, and the Chairman of the Yalova University Development Association, Adem Saruhan, paid a visit to the President of the Directorate of Religious Affairs, Prof. Safi Arpaguş, at his office.
Consultations on the Campus Mosque Construction and Related Work
During the meeting held at the Presidency of Religious Affairs, matters relating to the mosque project currently under construction on our university campus were discussed in detail. Views were exchanged on the latest status of the construction process, the work being carried out, and the steps to be taken towards the project’s completion.
During the visit, opportunities for inter-institutional cooperation and potential joint projects were also evaluated.
