Ahmet Sula, who is a painter, musician and artist as well as a 1st Class Police Chief, met with our students at our Central Campus, where he came as a guest of our university.
In the event held at Mehmet Okul Congress and Culture Centre, Sula's show ‘Asayiş Berkemal’, which was integrated with stand up, poetry, music and various video shows, was watched with great interest by our students. Sula, who attracts attention with his painting talent, shared with the audience in his interview titled ‘Asayiş Berkemal’ how he brought together his police duty and his art, how these two different worlds affect each other and how his artistic perspective contributes to the police duty. The show, in which Sula's memories and shares about art were highly appreciated by the participants, was followed by our Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Taner Tatar, Provincial Gendarmerie Commander Senior Colonel Ercan Altın and Provincial Police Chief Ümit Bitirik.
