Yalova University and the Sakarya Branch of the Koop-İş Trade Union signed a third collective labour agreement covering the years 2025-2026. In the signing ceremony, which took place with the participation of university administration and union representatives, the agreement was signed by Yalova University Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Bahçekapılı and Koop-İş Trade Union Sakarya Branch President Şevket Ulusinan.
The signed agreement aims to strengthen the rights and gains of employees, while also creating an efficient working environment for both employees and the institution. At the ceremony, it was hoped that the collective labour agreement would be beneficial to all parties.
