Between 9 and 12 September 2025, Yalova University participated in the European Association for International Education (EAIE) Conference held in Gothenburg, Sweden, under the banner of ‘Study in Türkiye,’ organised by the Turkish National Agency. This participation took the university's internationalisation vision one step further.
Representing our university, our Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Bahçekapılı, along with our Vice-Rector Prof. Dr. Senay Yürür Karslıoğlu and our International Relations Coordination Office, held meetings with numerous universities and institutions throughout the conference. Our university delegation took significant steps towards increasing student and staff mobility, developing new academic collaborations, and strengthening existing partnerships.
The President of the Turkish National Agency, Mr İlker Astarcı, and the rectors of other universities in Turkey also visited our stand.
