Vice Rector
Born in Gemlik, Bursa, Prof. Dr. Senay Yürür Karslıoğlu completed her undergraduate education at Uludağ University, Balıkesir Tourism Management and Hotel Management School. She completed her master's degree at Uludağ University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Business Administration, Department of Management and Organisation in 1999 and her doctorate degree at the same department with her thesis titled "Analysis of the Relationship between Reward Systems and Organisational Justice and an Application".
Between 1996 and 2008, Yürür Karslıoğlu worked as a lecturer at Uludağ University Yalova Vocational School Yalova Vocational School Tourism and Hotel Management Programme and held various administrative positions during the same period.
Senay Yürür Karslıoğlu, who worked as a lecturer at Yalova University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration, Department of Management and Organisation between 2009-2012, worked as a visiting researcher at Leeds Beckett University in England with a YÖK scholarship after receiving the title of Associate Professor in 2012. Yürür Karslıoğlu, who received the title of Professor in 2018, also has duties such as Graduate Education Institute Business Administration Doctorate Programme Coordinator, Human Research Ethics Committee Member, Scientific Research Projects Commission Member. In addition, Yürür Karslıoğlu, who has been a visiting lecturer at Bahçeşehir University since 2013, has been working as an Academic Advisor to TOBB Yalova Chamber of Commerce and Industry since the beginning of 2021.
Her scientific publications include numerous articles, book chapters and book editions, as well as more than 30 papers presented at national and international scientific meetings. Senay Yürür Karslıoğlu has fulfilled important duties such as term presidency in scientific congresses, conferences, panels and symposiums held inside and outside the university and is a referee in many scientific journals.
